Ben is an associate in the firm’s finance department. He has experience advising on a range of debt finance transactions with a particular focus on corporate trusts and bond/loan restructuring.
Ben has experience across the banking sector and has advised clients in respect of cross-border real estate, leveraged and development finance matters. Ben has worked on a number of high-profile bond/loan restructurings, with a focus on acting for corporate trustees.
