Kim is an associate in our funds and equity capital markets team advising funds and trading companies on a range of corporate transactions.
Kim has experience in private and public company acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, fundraising rounds and secondary offerings.
Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Kim trained and practiced at a top tier Singapore law firm, where she advised clients on M&A and capital markets transactions in Singapore and Southeast Asia across a range of industries (including real estate, healthcare, and technology).
