Managing associate
Michelle is a managing associate in the corporate group, focussing on general commercial law, data privacy, joint ventures, M&A and corporate advisory matters.
Michelle advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including the drafting and negotiating of various commercial contracts for the supply and distribution of goods and services as well as data protection issues. She also advises clients on private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and joint ventures.
Michelle has worked with a range of international clients across a range of sectors and has also spent six months on secondment to a FTSE 250 pharmaceutical company, where she advised on various commercial matters.
