Tom is an associate in our funds and equity capital markets team, specialising in public company IPOs, secondary issues, mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory matters.
Tom advises clients on a variety of corporate finance transactions, including public company IPOs and secondary issues (both issuer and bank-side), private and public company acquisitions and general company law issues.
He has worked with UK, Australian and international clients across a range of sectors, including mining and exploration, healthcare, life sciences and technology.
